On July 1 I’m joining Anna Boothe at The Glass Furnace to assist her in a class about casting glass components using a variety of methods, and then re-assembling them. It’s a two week class, with plenty of time and room for casting, so everyone should be able to make a lot of things! In between mold-making and firings, we will discuss glass technology and studio techniques, history and design, and probably take some time to swim in the pool and enjoy Istanbul.  I’ll post some photos of our results here.
